Please keep the following in mind: While I provide both therapeutic and wellness practices, therapy sessions and yoga classes are separate services. Therapy does not take place during yoga or meditation, and maintaining clear boundaries is essential to ensure a professional and ethical environment for everyone involved. Additionally, dual relationships (i.e., engaging in both therapy and yoga with me) need to be carefully managed or avoided altogether to protect the integrity of the therapeutic process. I am more than happy to address any questions you may have about this.
